Check the label

• Product name: does it say what the honey is, such as mustard flower honey?
• Net weight: is the weight clear, such as 1 kg?
• Source: does the label name the flower or region?
• Storage advice: is there a note on how to keep the honey?
• Contact details: can you contact the seller if you have a question?

Look at the jar

Honey should look clean and free from bubbles or debris. Crystallisation is natural and does not mean the honey has gone bad.
